I have recently got hold of some great 28mm models. And want to use them in scenarios.
They are - Predator, 3 newest Dr.Whos and Riddick.
Im sure some know where they are from.
But I dont want to say on here because I dont know how the IP laws stand.

So. How would I go about making rules for these great models?
Can someone help please!

Thanks in advance

Talk to your group. Assign stat values based on consensus, or by diktat if you are the Arbitrator.

Use them in Arbitrator Scenarios only, or as one-off Hired Guns or Mentors, depending.

Perhaps use the Predator as part of a Purge! Scenario?

Try to be characterful, but don't make these guys unstoppable. Figure out the setting too: Some combinations should be avoided in some situations for the characters to be fun and attainable or defeatable (neologisms all the way baby!) by the gang or gangs facing them.

The plan was to throw them in later in the campaign as abit of a suprise. Slow down a couple of gangs.
But that just failed. Got the same post on Warseer and one of the guys has just joined and found it.

Phant Claws or a top end Malcadon have been suggested for the Pred.
What about a Genestealer with a Plasma gun?

Chaerea81 has sent me some cool rules. I will post them up for you all to see if he approves.

I would just keep it simple. Predator as Malcadon definitely fits - use in an NPC type role.

The others I would just use them as standard scum, bounty hunter, etc.

I think the Riddick stats would be prefect.

The Pred needs to be more than just a Malcadon. Its bigger, nastier and down right cooler. Needs to be able to deal with a gang on its own!
Im going to play-test the above rules soon and report back with what I find. If anyone else wants to try them then feel free and report back aswell.
Maybe the Pred can have its healer / medi pack aswell?

But what about the Doctor? My fav character of all time and he needs something special. A man that can overcome an entire race cant just be a hunter or scum

And what about a female vampire werewolf hunter, Underwolrd stlye.
Any odeas?

pretty sure there are some rules for a time-oriented wyrd somewhere. seems like a logical place to start for the doctor.

don't forget, he needs a sidekick...

He does. But for now its going to be one of the specials not in the series!

Just need to find a female model to use. Preferably from the same site.

Methinks it's extremely difficult, not to say impossible for 1 character to take on a gang by itself. The 3 wounds will definitely help, but I think that's the cheap way out.
Having said that I should obviously come up with an alternative. I recall a scenario where 2 or more gangs where fighting it out and the Predator was dropped in by an arbitrator as a nasty surprise. I believe the scenario was Total Recall, but I'm not sure and can't find it anymore. Basically the Predator hunted sole gangmembers for trofees; when caught a gangmember it returned to it's lair/nest to kill the ganger(1 whole turn) after which it would hunt again. When dropped on the map it was invisible until attacking some1, after which it became visible only if others then it's target could see it. It had evade +1 when moving and evade +2 when standing still.
It was wonderful to see the reactions of the competing players when the Predator entered play/ Alas you can use this only once, after which the surprise effect is gone. Good luck with your game. As said before, Predator should not be played as a 'gang', but as an arbitrator-played character.

Im now thinking that instead of 1 Pred I could run a hunting squad of 3.
What you think?

Well, for me at least, it all depends on how you wanna use him/them.
Are these guys a speed bump? A death sentence? A fun game?

Well, if there's gonna be 3, then maybe run something akin to what is in the AVP comics Vol.1: 2 young hunters with a hunting party leader.
Tone the young bucks down till they can hurt gangers but make the leader a toughie, not as bad as my initial draft.
