Where do you set your games of Mordheim? And where would you think would have the best setting?

I personnaly like the city of Mordheim with occasional games in the country side.

I prefer city battles, even though country provides nicer scenery, the city makes combat more interesting

Dont play mordheim for a loooooong time now, but always played in the mordheim city.
IMHO Its a lot more in the spirit of the game, with a decadent environment  full of dark corners and ruined places...

Cheers

I thought old threads turned to dust after 2 years.

I don't know. I'd say any topic still on page 1 is fair game. Since you can still go back to June 2005, I'd say it's not Thread Necromancy yet.

I've only ever played in Mordheim itself. Lots of fun!

Well... I've resurrected posts on the front page of the computer and console games forum, but they were months old. I don't actually care about post resurrection, I was just making conversation. Just, riding his ass, basically.

Mostly the city iteself for us but we did have a great campaign set entirely under the city in the ruined sewers, caves and collapsed buildings that was great for a change of setting. We used some old dungeon floorplans for it and some river sectios my mate had handy, it was pretty good fun.

We always used the countryside because we'd have large bands with a mix of cavalry.
