Well since everyone on this thread has been talking about it and then Fen's
reveiw on the game I have come to the conclusion that I need to try "Call of Cthuhlu" out for myself. 8)

I like the rulebook. But the few short stories I read aren't that impressive. I do like the world they create.

Hm... Doncha' hate it when the GM's do something childish, like place the nation of minotaurs right next to the halflings? I prefer a world of men with different cultures like middle earth roleplay. Having the nation of halflings beside the nation of minotaurs is damned childish. This was in uni. I was so disappointed to find that the local gaming society consisted of guys in their 20s with a mental age of 8.

I guess that's why later editions of 40k were simplified....

It's a great read. The adventures that are written are without a doubt the highest quality pre-written adventures in the entire RPG industry. The Complete Masks, Orient Express and Escape From Insmouth in particular stand out as gems.

Best scenario ever.

And if you disagree, the Sleeper will devour your soul (I've seen him do it)!

If it is anything like H.P. Lovecraft then I know I will enjoy it.

Lol. I just realized that the title of this thread really should've been "My Problem With RPG Players." :P
