Hi there!

Now still not much time to paint BUT time to convert, so:

A new workman

Image

I'm gonna end with a whole gang of these....

Delaque leader

Image

Just to get him ready for close combat

Mad donna Ulanti

Image

Her original chainsword was simply too ugly! So I switched it with an old Eldar's

Some more civilians....

Image

The man and the boy from "The Road". I just so love that movie and I thought that would do at least somemore civilians and at best some scenario/ campaign objective ....

Image

Merchants

All of these (merchants, the man and the boy ) are from Lead Adventure.

Image

Some hounds (from Maxmini), always canbe useful....

Et now for ( something completely different)... Some help again

Image

That bounty Hunter should ressemble the one on Necromunda Mag 10's cover
( >don't have a better link< ) So I'm looking for a cow boy hat ( top Hat's fun but ...) and I can't find anything (Maxmini's Bushmen aren't good enough)

SO IF ANYBODY'S GOT AN IDEA PLEASE SHARE!

And NO I won't sculpt it....

That's it for today

Not much but that's all I have this week.

Coming next; a spymaster....

For the "Jericoverse"; Nemo the faceless, masterspy of the hive and agent of the Inquisition.

The sculpture was done by my buddy Totoro Stef.
REgarding the colors, I couldn't find any description so I improvised.

Delaque leader
I think I found a nice fleshtone for once.

And a Delaque Ganger

What do you think?

Thanks mate, yes, he's based on Mr Sinister same as your ganger Rebel

I'm a huge fan of Kal Jerico, so I had to get my Nemo the faceless. Yolanda and Cardinal Crimson aare on their way but I can't find a good basis for Vandal Feg. Goliaths would require too much work and stripping, pit slaves don't do the trick.... And I just can't find a proper head. I've got the same problem with Cheka; just can't find a good head.

So no painting again, but converting, digging out some oldies goldies from my stash (and a few from Ebay I must admit) in brief the collecting madness continues
Now starting with the Jerichoverse;

Image

Squatz, the Breath of fresh air's batender in Blood Royal and Cardinal Crimson.

a few bar dwellers ;

Image

afew drunks and others especially the one in the center which is due to represent someone you know around here .

Image

Some cyborgs

Image

A guilder assassin, which the less young of you will remember

Image

More civilians (the one on the left is cataloged « hive worlder » , I couldn't let this one pass).

And now some "new" gangs with my oldies
Image

This is early 90's when Necromunda was called « Confrontation », the Tech gang (almost) full RT style. I'm thinking about some rules for them but nothing fancy yet. I I still have 4 to find to get the complete collection !

I also dug out and completed

Image

A Genestealer cult (almost) full RT style again.
The hybrid with the autogun doesn't work with the Gang War #1 rules but I won't throw it away.

Finishing with another big beastie

Image
Image

Forge World's Dread Maw
I loved the idea of a big worm coming out of the ground (got this from the Redeemer's comics) I've already tried to get one from Troll Forged miniatures, but never received anything , it was a mess , but fortunately FW to the rescue,a dreadknight base, some bits and here it is.

As always C&C most welcomed

Yes it is

Now with my Buddy Nashtrickster we're planning something a little bit bigger and we're going for something more like Inquisimunda. So I had to add/convert a little more civilians/beasties.....

Image

Some swarms, always usefull. that make 12 rats, 9 milliasaurs, 9 ripperjacks ( plus these swarms) and spiders and more.

Image

Dogs, still always usefull.

Image

A beggar and a water seller (Non Guild Approved).I still need more beggars so any suggestion is Most Welcome . As for the water seller a guilder approved version is on its way.

Image

Some Rogue Traders.I finally got the Hasslefree's privateers. And there's also some Warmachine figures more or less converted, the rogue trader is very WIP.

Image

Some w... street walkers...let's not be prude, It's the oldest job in the world and anybody who read any Nove or comic from Necromunda or 40kuniverse knows they exists . And NAshtrickster's working on some special rules for these and the beggars.

Image
Image
Image
Image

With this one we're more in the Inquisimunda thing. That's a Techno-Adept. No rules nor name nor fluff for now. I'm working on it.

And some painting

Image
Image

Delaques

Image

And the Delaque Gang today

Coments and criticism most welcome as usual.

The heavy stubber looks so good with the blast coming out. I should get some if I make a new gang again.

Hi there!
Now I told some time ago that we had an Inquisimunda project coming. It would very long and difficult to explain everything we are working on right now so let's just talk about the curent part of the project; For the first scenario and in order to get everyone aboard quietly we decided anyone should create a character ( inquisitor or not) with 300 pts.

I personnaly chose to create an inquisitor: Balek Karad

My inquisitor is a Recongretionnist Radical Xanthite. In a word he thinks the Imperium is definitely rotten from the inside and anything should be brought down in order to start fresh and "pure". He also thinks there's no problem with using fire to fight fire; using chaos artifacts against chaos . I also chose that he would chose Malal artifacts

Rules :

He's a human (20pts), interrogator (90pts).
Equipement
_respirator (10pts).
_photo contacts ( 10pts).
_open medium armor (20pts).
_master crafted bolt pistol ( 20+10pts).
_Demon weapon.

We also agreed that, as a champion, all of our character for that scenario should benefit from all advancements using the experience advance tables (9 caracteristics improvements/abilities).

I chose
+1 WS, +1 T, +2 W, +1 I and 1 A.
Along with abilities Parry,Evade and Jump Back (61XP).
I also decided, as aresult of his past (which I still have to write) to buy the Killer Réputation ( +20pts, 81 XP)
Et now his demon weapon; Dreadaxe ; it's a power axe (40pts) with the powers Vampiric (25pts), Hunger (15 pts) and Hunholy Speed (20pts).

Total of 300 pts with the following caracteristics.

M: 4 WS: 5 BS: 5 S: 3 T:4 W:3 I: 5 A:2 Ld:8

The less young among you might recognize (or not) that this inquisitor is no other than a 40k version of the old 80's WHFB character Kaleb Daark, my mascot character for nearly 15 years (hence my pseudo).

For those of you that aren't familiar with either Malal or Kaleb Daark go check>this page<.

Now let's build him.

I had a very hard time to find a suitable base for this convertion. But I finally settled with this
Image

For the general pose I thought of something smuggy like this
Image

Here's a list of the bits I used
_ Head : Dark Eldar Raider pilot with WHFB Banshee hairs.
_ Arms : one Cadian arm with grenade and a Baneblade pilot's with laspistol. Plus some WHFB Empire militia arms for the spiky armbraces and an armoured armof the same box for the open hand.
_ Legs : IG tank, pilot's.
_ Shoulder pad: WHFB marauder skull pad.
_Backpack : upper part of the Forge World Cadian hostile environnement torso. Plus Dragonforge's 0.45 powercable.
_Weapon : on that matter I had multiple options ( including canibalising an old original Kaleb Daark figure) but , for the moment, I went for tha WHFB Chaos Knights pickaxe. And for the knob I took the down part of the bone-weapon of a WHFB Zombies.
_ Accessories : pouch with parchment, book and closed altar from the Grey Knights, Dark Angel pistol holster,Sanguinary Guard dagger and an Inquisition Icon from Cherubael (Inquisitor 54mm)

and....

Image
Image
Image

Here he is.

This is no award winning material but I like the way it looks

and he got painted

Image
Image
Image
Image

Still no awrd winning material but ....

Now the leader's done..... What about a retinue?

Although I won't be needing them for a while I couldn't resist to go with it!

Note these are WIPs, I stil

A pair of Afriel Strain twins/clones

Image
Image

The main concept of this warband is the mirror effect. I tried
A pair of SM scout legs and shotguns, Cadian torsos and arms, Baneblade's artificier shoulder pads and pilot's arm , SM pouches and Catachans backpacks.

I have nickname'em Tomax and Xamot (understands who can :P)
Bases are missing for the moment and I'm thinking of changing their heads too, not sure about the maxmini ones.

There's also a sniper.
No fuss there it's simply a Gaunt's Ghosts Mad Larkin figurine. No pics for the moment since it's only black primed.

Sons of Malice Space Marine.

Image
Image
Image
Image

I went true scale with this one and must confess I completely stole the idea from Migsula.
I used Tartaros legs, SMC helmet, Khorne berserker torso (enlarged), SM and SMC arms, the hand of a Forge World heresy tank pilot, SMC raptor chainsword, SM and SMC terminator shoulder pads and a skull.

Balek won't have any psychic power so he's gonna need an enslaved psyker .

Image

Image

The base is a Dark Eldar Medusae with a collar from a WHFB Dark Elf corsair, purity seals and a flagellant parchment and pouch, I don't remember where the head comes from. No matter in fact 'cause it'll be changed
No pics of the back since it's not done yet (and frankly I have no idea yet)

Now this character should evolve (I sure hope she will !), I think she'll become a possesed... So I already prepared the figure.

Image
Image

Base is a WHFB Banshee, with a daemonette head, the right hand was exhanged with a Mantic ghoul's and some flagellant chains. Misses the purity seals and a flagellant parchment and pouch...

Now my inquisitor being a Radical, he might get some "help" from demons. And they would be Malal's demons.

I had this first artwork to start from.

Image

Here's what I came with.

Image
Image
Image
Image
Image

I used WHFB lizardmen body and legs, a bloodletter head combined with a skaven skull, bloodletter arms and the sword was made out of an old chaos warrior dagger, a skaven halberd blade and a Ogre bull sword's knot.

I also had this second artwork to start from.

Image

Thanks to the excellent Blog Realm of Chaos 80s I discovered that CP models produced a figure of that one (sparing me, for the moment, a tedious conversion out of Bloodletter legs, Genestealer torso, Hormagaunts arms,....).
I had just a little problem with that figure's jaw. Something felt not quite right so a little bit of brown stuff and here's what I came with.

Comments and critisms are MOST welcome.

these are again very nice models. only thing i can pick up on is the chest on the inquisitor, it looks like its too far out at the front in the one picture. he has that whole puffy chest thing going on.

I can't wait to see what you do for colors on the last model. I look at that and it just makes me think of some mutated half developed chicken fetus that just broke out of the egg. Ugh, it is making me want puke in my mouth at the thought...which makes this model that much color and scary and evil. I love it.
