Does the terrain have to be necromunda? I know this is a Necromunda site but I'm into the 40k and I'm pretty good with photoshop and other programs of its like. so can I post my work done for 40k or is this the wrong place

almost anything that's good for 40k can be adapted some way or another into necromunda (even jungle worlds, I'd say), so go on and post anything you've got!

I'm kinda surprised that no one has mentioned any of the all printable terrain sets that can be acquired. Of course I did also notice that no one has posted in this for like 2 years. Since it's stickied, it doesn't count as posting in a zombie thread does it?

Anyway here are some I really like:
http://www.worldworksgames.com/ (The Titan stuff looks very promising and all the platform command stuff is really good.)
http://fingerandtoe.com/
http://www.davesgames.net/ (Mostly fantasy stuff, but the scifi is really cool)
http://www.gamespapermodelstudio.com/ (French & I haven't gotten any, they look cool)
http://www.papermakeit.com/

Drive Thru RPG has a bunch things:
http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/index.php ... 0_0_2730_0

Most of those have free stuff, but for some quality free items check what this guy Tommygun has done:
http://www.warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=226343
http://tommygun.sector-17.com/tommygun/main.php

And this guy:
http://www.toposolitario.es/workshop/index.html (I found the iKube & Dust Tactics terrain to be of particular use)

And finally some free flats. While not good for a full on gang, nice for testing out gangs and for those occasional stand in civilians or other characters:

I forgot one that is particularly relevant to your comment (thanks by the way). This guy:
http://www.toposolitario.es/workshop/index.html
has two pieces that fold down and basically take up no space. The iKube stuff is much better for Necromunda, but the Dust Tactics items are also very good.

im really intersted in the teraclips stuff in the first link. the sewers and the city look great for both 40k and necro. we can get 3-4 boxes and fill my table hopefully. i hope they ship to the uk though when they become available. i actually got quite excited watching the vids for them, this is exactly what i want and the price is good too. the pdf files just arnt suitable for me though so these are perfect

Why aren't the PDF files suitable? Is it that we use letter and you guys seem to us A4? If that's it A4 is actually larger than letter so if you merely make sure the Scaling is set to none & you have centered you'd only have extra paper, but the sizes would be correct. I ask because I just got the Streets of Titan and they look like they would be great for Necromunda & 40k. Plus, with the PDFs you can always make more and not have to wait days for international shipping.

oh just because i dont have a printer and secondly to get it printed on quality card will be quite exspensive. if you go have the means to do it thoguh it would be better cos like you say you can make as many as you like

Hey guys. I'm getting back into Necromunda after a ten-year hitatus. Am looking to create some terrain and these days I have access to a great color laser printer. However I'm having trouble accessing the older links at the beginning of this thread. Are they actually dead links, or am I doing something wrong? I was hoping to print some posters for "Tau-erade." If they are dead links, anyone have new links to these assets they can put up here, please?

Hey Zeph,

I have loads of those early files, what were you looking for? I'm still in the market myself, I've often thought about suggesting a buy-in for Worldworx or something. anyhow if you get a result, I'll happily recompense you for clearing my building permit... ha ha ha! what's your gang Z?

But TBH I often find myself knocking up 'hard' terrain, it's a nice break from painting and is the best game for it:)

Nothing wrong with a little mix tho!

I've got some stuff I'll be adding at some point soon (I've got a ton of print and cutout scenery pieces)
but I just wanted to give my 2 cents of advice on working with these types of scenery.

I usually take a cereal box and cut down one side to get a nice large flat piece of card, print out the pages I'm going to be using then next (and the most important part) take some elmers spray can glue and spray the cardboard. place the page over the cereal box, then cut out the pieces and assemble.

I love the elmers spray can glue as it sticks really well, takes no time to dry and most importantly, doesn't wrinkle the paper or warp the card.

I've found that a typical cereal box is strong enough for most situations. The only issue may be if you have an extremely large flat area with no support beneath. In which case, 2 layers of card should work just fine.

As promised, here is the first one.
It's the strongpoint bunker featured in White Dwarf, only I colored it and set it up in a box formation. Everything you need to create the pictured piece is in the pages.

here it is assembled

This next one is a Communication Station, originally created by Momir Farooq, I've added skins to all the parts so it matches the Strongpoint.
