just saw they got well over $1,000,000 for their kickstarter. Gutted I didn't have any spare cash for it but I will be saving up for the reb faction and loads of the cool scenery!

landscape would be a nightmare, infantry easily being able to get in close and ambush your tank would be a huge problem and concern :)

Needs a bit more dirt and grime for proper Nercomunda, but still it is pretty awesome.

Nice. How much would that set up cost?

I backed the Kickstarter campaign quite heavily; here's some WIP shots on an 8x4 board:

HOLY F*** BALLS! That is one of the best Necromunda tables I have seen in a long time. Did you just spray paint/airbrush all that terrain? I couldn't imagine brush painting all that stuff. That would take forever.

Haha, cheers McCragge, glad you like it!

Yup, a little over half has been painted so far and it's all been with the airbrush I bought specifically for this project. I'd never used one before, but it's a great tool and it's realistically the only way I could have done anything on this scale. These tile are so nicely detailed it's easy to get light and shadow effects just by spraying at an angle. Now that I have had a bit of practice I think I'll try reprinting some Necromunda bulkheads because they have similarly deep details which should take well to airbrushing.

I entered the picks above into a competition where first prize is to win back all of the Battlezone tiles you used :D
