Yup, the rules are now downloadable on the SG website, looks like I can finally retire my books to the shelf!

While I would much rather have hard copies of the books than digital, that's kind of missing the point. Orks. Turbo-charged vehicles. Mayhem.

Gorkamorka is awesome, and it's even more so with the new 40k Ork models.

I saw this auction on ebay and I thought I'd post a link for any gorkamorka fans out there. I always loved the wind-powered grot vehicles.

Man, I hated those things. Not when they came out, of course. But now they just look weedy and ridiculous. I was always annoyed that the trukk model lasted so long with the crew as Gorkamorka Orks, completely not fitting in with the updated army.

This post reminded me to go and look at the Eldar Jetbike models. Apparently, they still haven't replaced them. Those things have been out for over 14 years. They don't look good any more!

PigKiller, if that auction wasn't US only, I'd have been bidding my ass off. Been looking for some of those models for ages :(

Damn these US only sellers, now I'm irritated.

meh, much as the ork models for gorkamorka sucked, i love the little rebel grots with ak47s

as for the [US only] sellers on ebay, i hate them, ive lost so many chances at bidding because some a-hole in the US seems to think his is the only country, or is the only country with those able to pay for the item - its not like its going to cost them anything, the bidders pay the shipping cost and they have to walk down to the post office anyway, so wtf is the problem

Just checked specialist games, and unless I have a very specific blindness which allows me to see anything other than the word "Gorkamorka", I can't seem to see the rules there.

Am I missing something?

The PDFs are hidden at the bottom of the "veriants" section.

I know what you mean. I feel the same about the "UK only" sellers. I love buying from the UK. They have the best stuff!

Only slightly less annoying are those that say contact me for international shipping and then don't get back to you till 4 days later, just after the auction ends!

Honestly, unless you're trying to rip somebody off, UK to US shipping is usually about 2x the cost.

My suggestion is to make really good friends with a US chap. Bid on the auction and have it shipped to him. Then he relays it to you.

I've done this with some guys in the UK and Australia (especially to get around GWUS to Australia shipping).
