I can see it in IE, with about four pages of blank space at the top of it. It just comes out as HTML when I look at it in Firefox. Actually, I'm surprised it worked at all. I have never been able to get HTML to display properly in a message and have just assumed that it's not supported by the forum software. There is a "code" tag that works like the HTML <pre> tag, and that does work. Or the table could be written out as plain text with periods for spacing.

Code:
 -         1-3   4-6  7-9  10-12  13-15  16-18  19+
 0-9        3     0    S1    S2     S2     S3    S4
 10-19      5     3     0    S1     S2     S2    S3
 20-29      8     5     3     0     S1     S2    S3
 30-39     13    10     8     3      0     S1    S2
 40-49     18    15    18     8      3      0    S2
 50-64     25    23    20    15     10      3    S1
 65-79     33    30    28    23     18      8     0
 80-94     58    40    38    33     28     18     8
 95-114    53    50    48    43     38     28    18
 115-144   60    58    55    50     45     38    28
 145-189   68    65    63    58     53     40    28
 190-254   73    70    68    63     58     45    38
 255+      78    75    73    68     63     50    48
