Subsilver doesn't even see the OLD banner, much less a new one.

Well lets worry about the actual design of the banner for later. Right now, lets focus on a new slogan for the EF.

I think the slogan is great especially considering the stasis of specialist games but the big yellow font of doom isn't so great IMO. :)

All right forum members. What do you think of the new banner now? (if you aren't seeing a new banner, hit refresh on your browser)

The font seems a bit "trek-y" if you understand my meaning.

It's clean and looks professional, but to me, the Eastern Fringe evokes the seedy side of the Imperium. You know - dark alleys, dirt and decay, rusted metal, burned buildings, gunmetal, massive heavy ships and equipment. That, and the new slogan saays to me that the banner should look shot to hell and back.

But hey, I'm one guy, and despite my criticisms, I find no suitable visual example of my argument at the moment.

I also must say thanks for the work that is put into operating the boards, regardless of their slogan or banner! :D

Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it.

In fact it has inspired me a bit.

There ya go, what do you think of that?

I tried doing hazard stripes, but after trying to search the web for tutorials and coming up empty, I gave up.

But anyway, hit refresh on your browser and let me know what you think :)

Pretty good.
Have you tried it with a red lens flare?
Maybe two red lens flares? And some aviators?
And a bit of Jeff?

Oooh, nice! I like Nox's banner.

Nice use of Bladerunner font, BTW. 8)
