It's just too bad that about 90% of the content is now broken links...

Yeah, none of the actual fan rules have been transferred across, but can still be accessed using the link in my signature.

I was worried for a while, but I'll probably start moving things across in a very slow fashion.

Also they will undergo some beautification thanks to the new WIKI options.

Well, bless you sir. Odds are you don't often get the thanks you deserve as EFF's archivist, so thank you for your efforts!

Also the old link is still available on the Eastern Fringe frontpage where I announced the new Wiki.

I know that some of the old links may get broken (actually I won't be taking the old wiki down for sometime, so the links should still work) however, I absolutely hated...i mean HATED!!! the old wiki. It has always been in the to do list to replace it.

I hope you guys like the new one...I know I do.

If there are any problems just reply in this thread...which is now being moved to the proper forum "Feedback"

Well, you definitely have 'props' for the new wiki, despite the months of work I have to do transferring my stuff across. (Hopefully it will be much neater this time around).

The fact you can search will actually make it useful.

Another useful feature is that it has an extended history so when spammers change things it is easier to fix, plus I can block bots and spam from filling the wiki with junk.

It does suck about having to transfer everything...but you can at least copy and past, I mean you will still have to format and stuff so that sucks.

Well, page 1 of my rules have gone across and the improvement is huge. Definitely worth the effort shifting it across.

Good work again ^_^

So, uhm, i just noticed this today.

Uhm... Do we transfer our own articles manually?

How long will the old wiki remain in place?

Once all the info from the old wiki is moved to the new wiki I will shut it down. I will of course give tons of warnings and lots of time for everyone, at this time there is no set time for shutting it down.
