I love BB, I actually had a local league going with some friends, my dad and my cousin (who normally wouldn't be caught dead playing games like it) and I had a blast we when through a whole season and even held a championship game. Good times.

Unfortunately I have;y played in years but I have many fond memories.

I could never get the online BB client to work. I played one game and loved it but I could never get it working on any other comps. I never used IRC for anything and that's how you find people and connect. It's a shame because it's a blast and the system works great.

A little late, but I do play. Quite an awesome game actually. I typically run a Dark Elf team (I play Dark Elves in Fantasy) and built my team out of Wyches and other Dark Eldar models.

Besides, post-game stories are far more interesting (and humorous) that listening to someone talk about a game of anything else.

Yes! BB is a great game... even my dad liked it the few times we played. Heck, one of my friends whose an FPS junkie and despises warhammer even played a game or two.

On a related note, does anyone have the... it is Cyanide interactive isn't it? Version for PC, I'd love to play them on it.

Also, the connecting is terrible on that version, I tried to play my boyfriend online and it just wouldn't do it ever. Which is a shame... because I lub gutter runners inspite of my poor luck.

Yeaahh, thats true... I enjoyed the free play-mode when in the early-mid game, but the turn based classic is better when the teams are in late game a lot more tatical-challenging.

that videogame give me hopes that maybe we'll buy a necromunda videogame from the supermaket's shelves some day in the future :D

Hey, I could never justify the expense of 40K or Blood Bowl (in addition to all the money I've spent on Heroquest/Space Crusade/Necromunda), so I recently bought Fantasy Flight's Conquest and Blood Bowl: Team Manager (with all the expansions). My kids absolutely love Blood Bowl. We even started reading one of the Blood Bowl novels. And I recombined 40K and Warhammer Fantasy by having my son's Deathwatch character's homeworld be the Blood Bowl planet.

I've just recently gotten back into Bloodbowl. My current undead team are 0-2 since the new season started. I just have to get my casualties to touchdown ratio a bit better. :)

I did, many moons ago but I've since gotten hold of the flat cardboard one. It is easier to use as there is no big hump in the middle of board to make models fall over. How about you?

Incidentally a buddy of mine made his own Bloodbowl pitch with hardboard and flock.

Here it is in action!

Awesome! Yeah, I just play the card game. All of my serious money/time goes into Necromunda. But I would like to get the playmat for the card game...

Super cool! Yeah, below's a link to the card game. It's pretty cool, and only takes two hours to play (plus, for a small price you've got many complete teams and tons of star players), but I can't even imagine the fun of the real thing...
